No, that's the guy in lvl 2. Haha, lvl 2 is better then lvl 1. Sucks for lvl 1 people.

not really. but yes it the first round, levels almsot random generated, the ppl who had possibility to create country earlier got on level 1 while some better players was to late so got to lvl2.. and as lvl2 hosts more countries can be that some better ones got there.. but for next set it should be all where it belongs to be..

Well, I wish I knew it was still 500 turns OOP before I did some switching and planned to come out of protection at turn 251. Oh, well I guess I'll work a good set next month. This month is already screwed up based on the info I got ealier in the thread that said OOp was changed to 250 turns.
