Issue/Bug

When you leave a server, it logs you out completely from TEQ. Meaning, if I click the 'Exit' link in Group or Team, I'm logged out on the main TEQ page.

Doesn't seem to let me change my flag, settings claim it's Andorra with a birthdate in 1934, ingame it looks like a Dutch flag and while it saves it, a reload just resets it :|

Okey so here's a fun one in regards to flag/birthdate etc;

If I use the "Manage your settings beta", it does update the settings however, it will only accept the previous password that was set decades ago. If I try a new one I set when logging in, I just get "wrong password"

The settings updated on Team server where I log in with the new password :|

Concerning the MyAccountPage
Thanks for reporting these issues. I’ve identified the cause: the MyAccountPage is still tied to the old security system, which is why changes to the flag, birthdate and password don’t persist correctly unless you use legacy credentials.

I will deploy a fix tonight to align the page with the new authentication flow.
Once the deployment is done, updating your settings (including flag and password) will work properly.

Overall whole system been hesitant and not able to log in at times and slow sometimes.

Sometimes after I get out of a page, I get half page purple blank. Sometimes I have to go to browser and type in playteq.com to refresh properly because just hitting the refresh button is not doing it.

We made a few adjustments to the infrastructure over the last days, which should improve overall responsiveness and reduce those partial-load or blank-page situations.

We’ll keep monitoring the system closely and continue to optimize stability as we go.

My team has noticed that the in-game forums aren't as good as they use to be. They still function correctly, but none of the previous options to modify your post exists. You use to be able to change font type, size, and color. You were able to import tables /spreadsheets into it. I didn't know if it was just something on my end, but another teammate did a copy/paste and it wasn't good either. I understand that this isn't likely high on the list of things to fix, but wanted to bring it to your attention.
