To start, do a short BC --> Techer

Use normal low MS tech profile

-Turn 1 - Build 30 cement factories (30 cf)

Buy max territories (9)
Set tax rate to 34%

-Turn 2 - Build 30 cement factories (60 cf)

Buy max territories (10)
Set tax rate to 39%

-Turn 3 - Build 30 cement factories (90 cf)

Buy max territories (11)
Set tax rate to 44%

-Turn 4 - Build 30 cement factories (120 cf)

Buy max territories (12)
Set tax rate to 47%

-Turn 5 - Work Overtime

Buy max territories (13)
Set tax rate to 50%

-Turn 6 - Build 30 cement factories (150 cf)

Buy max territories (14)
Set tax rate to 52%

-Turn 7 - Work Overtime

Buy max territories (16)
Set tax rate to 54%

-Turn 8 - Build 30 cement factories (180 cf)

-Turn 9 - Work Overtime

Buy 25 territories
Set tax rate to 56%

-Turn 10 - Build 30 cement factories (210 cf)

Now, if you sell as soon as you get 10 turns, you can sell in the 83-93 range. Otherwise, sell for 77-83
because you want to get out of BC quickly.

You should have ~ 8m sales, wait for CS around 10k and buy enough to give around 53 bpt. WOT 3 turns
(to produce BCs for switch) and then

- Turn 11-13 - WOT
- Turn 14-17 - Switch to techer
- Turns 18-20 - Buy/build SF
- Turn 21-25 - Research whatever is selling for 17k+ (PMD preferably, or SM)

From there, do normal techer w/ 8-12 turns per sale/login. Once you reach turn 80-85 you should have
over 2k territories, so begin gaining units from pvt market. If you are behind in land, just make sure
you begin your pvt market by turn 100 at the latest.

Once you reach turn 100 or so, you might have to stop gaining land to focus more on pvt market
(before that, you should be able to mix gaining land with some pvt since you are just jump starting)...but you
can startup again on land at 110 or so...stop gaining land by 120-125. Finish teching to 150 with PMD if it is
above 17k or another tech like CE or Maintenance if those are above 17k. Do two sales before you leave protection.

Now, you should have reached 3-3.5k with techer (4k if you do REALLY well). Anything in this range is fine, 3k at
turn 150 with 1.5m NW and 3m+ on pvt is your goal, anything above that is extra.

Once you get your second sale...you want to tech your PMD out of neutral. Tech it to 30% OR if it is pricey, go to 40%.
The reason is simply, if it is selling well you want to dump some for nice cash...otherwise you don't want to invest as
much into teching it. If it isn't selling above 16-17k then you can stop at 30%, and do about 10-15 turns of whatever is
selling well (preferably CE, CS, Tax/urban, Maintenance...something beneficial to techer). Buyout your pvt market in
order: fighters, lasers, marines, panzers, bombers. If done correctly, you'll have a bit of panzers and all your bombers
still on pvt. You will carry these, but it is important that you buy *some* bombers, around 200k-300k or so in order that
you will keep your replenishment going without having to buy any before the end of your next turns.

As soon as that sale goes through, evaluate your turns and how you look as a target. If you have time to get in another sale
and you probably won't get hit, then do that...otherwise you can just move on to the 2nd part of the jump.

With this login, you PO and tech around 5-10 turns of CS (enough to have 150+ BPT). Buy and build to 4.9k land and then
start teching tax/urban. Check the discos you need to max maintenance and PMD as well. If you have the turns, max
maintenance. Otherwise, it won't make a huge difference. After tax/urban is maxed (and maintenance if you are doing that)
then max PMD. Once that is done, use your remaining turns to tech MP or CE or whatever sells for expensive (CE is preferred).

This should put you around 300-325 turns, max tax/urban (and probably maint), some CE, and max PMD. Your land should be
just under 5k with PO and NW should be above 12-13m.

From here, you want to store as many turns as possible and get a good amount of sales in. You can sell tax/urban/maint
if above 15k, PMD as well if over 15k, and of course the MP/CE that you made as many sales as possible (2-3 probably).
Only sell CS if it is above 18k. Once you get some sales, you want to get around 75% of the BCs that you would need to switch.

Now that you have near max turns, you are looking to go in one of two directions. If BCs have risen, then you will tech some
and then switch. If not, you are going to expand your techer a little and prepare for the switch from there.

If BCs are expensive, then you are ready to switch. PO, and tech your CS to max (300 bpt). Max tax/urban (and perhaps
an extra 25-50% if it is selling above 15k) and PMD (if not already max) and overmax CE (max it for 10k land). Now,
switch over to BC and WOT down to around 30-40 turns. Buyout your pvt market and then sell your BCs for ~ 85-99. Store
another full turns. (you won't be very fat)

Now is your time to expand quickly. Take those sales and expand as much as possible while still leaving your cash for
buying out pvt market (should be around 3.5-5k). Leave yourself barely under 10k land w/ PO. WOT the rest of your turns
and buyout your pvt market. Any leftover cash should be spent on SEALS.

From here, you can just gain 4-6k land every 2 days until around the 14th-15th (or 20k land). Switch your profile to
aggressive cementer and you're ready to grab like crazy. Begin playing every day, grabbing 3-5k.

Once you reach 25-30k cement factories, you need to switch to building tax offices/condos. Do NOT build cement factories
after this point. The amount you stop at will depend on the BC prices. The higher BCs sell, the longer you keep
building cement. So if BCs are around 65, I'd stop at 25k. If they sell at 95, perhaps go past 30k. Adjust to the market.

Once you pass 20k land, you should try to get the bulk of your military from the public market. Keep a focus on ground units
(marines and panzers), and buy lasers from pvt market. You should expand VERY quickly once you get into cementer.

For endgame, just get to 50-60k land, with 25-30k cement and the rest split evenly with tax/urban. Once you have built
tax/condos, you keep tax/urban maxed at all times (aside from when you might drop while grabbing). If you reach 60k land
before day 22-23 then you can swap some cement factories to tax/condo. Otherwise, just WOT the rest of the way and dump
BCs as often as possible. During the midgame around 40k land, you should be making 200m+ and 2.5m+ BCs. Cement factories
aren't affected by efficiency, and the extra land you get (from having the cement) makes up for the efficiency loss for
tax/condo. This is due to your larger population capacity.

For a strong endgame, try to save up as much on the pvt as you can and spend cash during the 3rd week on public market
before prices skyrocket. The income you make during the last week should make enough to buyout pvt + extra.

building SS while techer is a waste.
Always switch to primary production strat before building SS.
unless you intend playing a very LONG techer
